What are the Family Plan Terms & Conditions?
We want to make this fair and simple. Here's the deal: 1) All account holders must reside at the same address to be eligible for the Journo Family Plan; 2) Journo gift cards cannot be used as a valid payment method for the Journo Family Plan; 3) No other discounts can be applied; 4) There are no refunds or credits for partial subscriptions after the 60-day guarantee period. Simple stuff!
Do I have to pay for updates?
No! We give constant updates to our apps (based on YOUR feedback), add new enhancements, integrations, and other cool stuff... and you get it all for FREE!
Is my data secure?
Yes! Your data's security is our top priority, and we built Journo from the ground up to make sure your Journos, pics, videos, and everything else is securely backed up to the cloud (we use top-tier multi-level back up and Transport Layer Security (TLS). So even if you lose your phone on a trip, you can simply login on your new one and all your entries load back up!
How long are your contracts?
There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use Journo year to year (if you don't go 'Forever'), and cancel at any time you'd like!
If I cancel my Journo account, will I lose my data?
As with most journal app platforms, when you cancel your account, your data will become inaccessible, but don't worry, because we'll keep everything backed up waiting so you can come back again later!
What happens if you raise the price?
If Journo increases the Family Plan fees in the future, you will be grandfathered into your current plan. So, we recommend getting in now while it's as low of a price as it is and then you don't have to worry about prices ever going up for you.
Do I have to install anything?
It's as easy as installing Journo on your iPhone or iPad, like you've done dozens of times with other apps. From there, it's simple and easy to use and we'll walk you through step by step.
Can I use video?
Yes! Unlike other journal apps available, we allow you to include as much video as you'd like... all included in your subscription.
If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?
Yes! We have a first class support team who can answer your questions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Just hit 'Feedback & Support' from your Settings page in the app, or scroll to the 'Contact' page on the website. We're here for anything you may need.
If I don't like Journo, how do I cancel?
